We aim to deliver your Tyldorn order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following information about our shipping process.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tyldorn.com.

Shipping Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Tyldorn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@tyldorn.com as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
